【中文摘要】 利用RAPD技术 ,对香菇非对称杂交的亲本与后代之间的遗传相关性进行了分析。2 0个随机引物共扩增出 4 7条DNA片段 ,在此基础上分析构建了遗传相关聚类图。结果表明 ,非对称杂交的后代 ,其遗传距离与单核受体较近 ,遗传相似性在 85%左右 ,而与双核供体遗传距离较远 ,遗传相似性在 61%左右
【英文摘要】 The genetic similarity among the acceptor parent, donor parent and filial generations of nonsym- metrical crossing Lentinula edodes was analyzed with RAPD technigue. 47 DNA fragments were amplified by 20 random primers. And the dendrogram of genetic correlation was constructed on this basis. The result showed that the genetic characters of nonsymmetrical crossing filial generations were similar to that of the mononuclear accepter-parent with a genetic similarity index of about 85%, and that more genetic diversity exsisted between the nonsymmetrical crossing filial generation and the binuclear donor parent with a genetic similarity index of about 61%.
