【中文摘要】 羧甲基茯苓多糖 (CMP) 2 5mg/kg~ 5 0 0mg/kg腹腔注射对ICR/JCL小鼠肿瘤U- 14 的抑制率为 75 .5 %~ 92 .7% ;CMP 5mg/kg~ 5 0mg/kg静脉注射对昆明种小鼠S- 180 肉瘤的抑制率为34 .8%~ 61.0 % ;CMP 2 5mg/kg~ 10 0mg/kg静脉注射对昆明种小鼠肝癌H2 2 的抑制率为 2 0 .1%~36.7% ;0 .2 5 %~ 0 .5 %的CMP对小鼠艾氏腹水癌瘤细胞的抑制率为 5 4 .7%~ 61.7%。CMP能明显增强荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能 ,明显增加小鼠脾抗体分泌细胞数 (PFC)以及特异的抗原结合细胞数 (SRFC) ,明显增强小鼠对牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)诱导的迟发型超敏反应 (DTH) ,明显增强小鼠脾T细胞生长因子 (TCGF)的生长 ,这可能是其增强免疫应答功能及抑瘤率的机制之一
【英文摘要】 The experiment result showed that the suppressive rate of 25mg/kg~500mg/kg CMP by abdominal cavity injection on ICR/JCL mice tumor U -14 was 75.5%~92.7%, the suppressive rate of 5 mg/kg~50mg/kg CMP by vein injection on Kumming mice S -180 was 34.8%~61.0%, the suppressive rate of 25mg/kg~100mg/kg CMP by vein injection on Kumming mice liver cancer H 22 was 20.1%~36.7%,and the suppressive rate of 0.25%~0.5% CMP on the cell of Ellce ascitic tumor of the mice in vitro was 54.7%~61.7%. CMP could significantly improve the phagocytosis of abdominal cavity macrophage of the mice with tumor, greatly increase the number of the spleen PFC and SRFC, significanfly strengthen the DTH induced by BSA and stimulate the growth of TCGF, which was suggested to be one of the mechanisms of enhancing the immunological responsive function and tumor-suppressive rate of the mice.
