【中文摘要】 应用国际上通用的营养价值评价方法 ,对牧草料栽培金顶侧耳 (PleurotuscitrinopileatusSing.)子实体蛋白质的营养价值进行全面评价 ,并与稻草料和棉籽壳料栽培金顶侧耳的子实体蛋白质进行比较。分析表明 ,牧草料栽培金顶侧耳的必需氨基酸总量最高 ,占其氨基酸总量的 4 0 .8% ,化学评分 (CS)、氨基酸评分 (AAS)、必需氨基酸指数 (EAAI)、生物价 (BV)、营养指数 (NI)分别为 38.2、60 .0、79.8、75 .2和 35 .5 ,均居三种参比培养料栽培金顶侧耳的第一位。氨基酸比值系数分 (SRCAA)为 77.9,居第二位 ,优于棉籽壳料栽培金顶侧耳的子实体蛋白质。这些结果证实 ,牧草料栽培金顶侧耳的子实体蛋白质具有较高营养价值 ,牧草是栽培金顶侧耳的优良培养料。
【英文摘要】 The international adopted nutrient value assessment method was applied to the overall assessment of the protein nutrient value of the Pleurotus citrinopileatus fruitbodies cultivated by herbage compost. And the result was compared with the protein nutrient value of Pleurotus citrinopileatus fruitbodies cultivated by rice straw compost and cotton seed hull compost. The assessing result showed that the total essential amino acid in Pleurotus citrinopileatus fruitbodies cultivated by herbage compost was the highest, making up 40.8% of the total amino acids; and that the CS, AAS, EAAI, BV and NI of its protein were 38.2, 60.0, 79.8, 75.2 and 35.5 respectively, all possessing the first place. While the SRCAA was 77.9, possessing the second place. So, it was confirmed that the protein of P. citrinopileatus fruitbodies cultivated by herbage compost, with higher nutrient value, was much better than the protein of P. citrinopileatus fruitbodies cultivated by rice straw compost and cotton seed h...更多ull compost and herbage was suggested to be a kind of good compost for cultivating Pleurotus citrinopileatus. 还原
