【中文摘要】 以灵芝子实体有效成分复配的灵芝康泰粉剂 ,对荷动物S - 180实体瘤与EAC腹水瘤的雌雄小鼠进行肿瘤抑制试验。口服 0 .5 g/kg·day和 1.5 g/kg·day灵芝康泰粉剂能明显抑制动物S - 180实体瘤的生长 ,延长EAC腹水瘤动物的平均生存时间 ,对S - 180的抑瘤率为 4 1.2 2 %~ 4 1.30 %和 4 5 .65 %~ 5 0 .0 0 %。急性毒性试验表明 ,灵芝康泰粉剂对雌雄小鼠的经口LD50 均大于 10 g/kg ,微核试验和Ames试验均为阴性 ,未见致突变性。 30d喂养试验发现 ,灵芝康泰粉剂对试验动物的生长发育无不良影响。
【英文摘要】 Lingzhikangtai powder, composed of effective components from fruitbodies of Ganoderma lucidum had significant anti tumour activity against Lewis lung cancer, S 180 tumour and EAC ascitic tumour of Kuming mice. The results showed that Lingzhikangtai powder could significantly suppress the growth of S-180 and prolong the average life span of EAC mice with an oral dosage of 0.5g and 1.5g/kg, and that its anti tumour ratio was 41.22% ~41.30% and 45.65~50.00% respectively. And the result of acute toxicity test showed that the oral LD 50 of Lingzhikangtai powder was above 10g/kg to both male and female mice, and its micronucleus test and Ames test were all negative without mutation inducing effect. While the result of 30d feeding test showed that Lingzhikangtai powder was safe without harmful effect on the growth of the animal tested.
