【中文摘要】 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析了不同培养时间对黑木耳 (Auriculariaauricula)单核菌株 7种酶同工酶的影响 ,其中EST、MDH、FDH的同工酶酶谱在菌丝生长阶段较稳定 ,培养2 0d的单核菌株H2 和J3的EST、MDH和FDH的同工酶分别出现 3个、2个和 1个多态性位点 ,可用于H2 与J3杂交后代同工酶基因位点的遗传分析。培养时间不同的H2 和J3的ADH、GDH、ME、ACP的同工酶酶谱变化较小 ,单核菌株H2 和J3的同工酶酶谱无显著的多态性表现。
【英文摘要】 Seven isozymes of monocaryotic mycelia of Auricularia auricula cultured for 10d?20d and 30d respectively were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results revealed that the isozyme zymograms of EST?MDH and FDH were relatively stable during the mycelial growth period of the monocaryotic strains H 2 and J 3, and that the polymorphic loci of isozymes were found to be 3,2 and 1 resp. as the mycelia of H 2 and J 3 were cultured for 20d, which could be used for the genetic analysis of isozyme gene loci for the cross progenies of H 2 and J 3. The zymograms of ADH?GDH?ME and ACP isozyme did not show significant differences when the mycelia of H 2 and J 3 were cultured for different times. And no significant polymorphism was shown between the isozyme zymograms. So these isozymes could not be used for genetic analysis.
