【中文摘要】 根据木质纤维素生物降解规律及香菇生长发育对栽培基质的要求 ,选取松木屑、竹屑、板栗枝条屑等富含木质纤维的原料 ,添加适量容易降解的废菌糠、砻糠粉和棉籽壳 ,经优化组合 ,替代 5 0 %~ 6 6 .7%的阔叶树木屑作香菇栽培基质 ,其绝对生物学效率达到了 9.7%~ 11.4 % ,且香菇质量和产量均较纯阔叶树木屑栽培的香菇要高
【英文摘要】 According to the degradation law of lignincellulose and the requirement of L.edodes for the cultivation substrate during its development period, sawdusts of pine tree, bamboo and Chinese chestnut, rich in lignincellulose and added with small amount of easily degradable spent artificial L.edodes log, rice chaff powder and cottonseed hull,were optimally grouped as the cultivation substrates to substitute 50%~66.7% wide leaf tree sawdusts. And it was confirmed in our experiment that the absolute biological efficiency of optimally grouped cultivation substrate was 9.7%~11.4%, and that the quality of L.edodes cultivated with optimally grouped sawdust saving cultivation substrate was superior to that cultivated with pure wide leaf tree sawdusts and its yield was also higher than the latter.
