【中文摘要】 用胶陀螺粉末悬浮液 ,胶陀螺粉末水提物 ,胶陀螺粉末石油醚、乙醚、乙醇、丙酮、氯仿提取物 ,胶陀螺色素混合物 (14mg kg) ,液体培养的胶陀螺菌丝球和培养液浓缩物分别进行光敏活性试验。结果表明 ,胶陀螺色素混合物无活性 ,胶陀螺粉末悬浮液、菌丝球和培养液浓缩物有轻度活性 ,而胶陀螺粉末石油醚、氯仿、丙酮和 95 %乙醇提取物有明显的光敏活性
【英文摘要】 The photosensitive activity experiments of suspension, water extract, petroleum ether extract, ethyl ether extract, ethanol extract, acetone extract and chloroform extract of Bulgaria inquinans fruitbody powder,pigment mixture of B. inquinans, hyphal balls in liquid culture and concentrate of culture solution indicated that pigment (14mg/kg) had no photosensitive activity, while the B. inquinans fruitbody powder suspension, hyphal balls and concentrate of culture solution had light photosensitive activity, and petroleum ether extract, chloroform extract, acetone extract and 95% ethanol extract of B. inquinans fruitbody powder had significant photosensitive activity.
