【中文摘要】 运用微生物发酵技术 ,配合新型合成材料 ,研制出食用菌复合保水颗粒菌种。这类菌种可保持活力 60d。这一工艺可用于糙皮侧耳、金针菇、灵芝、白灵菇、杏鲍菇、鸡腿蘑和鲍鱼菇等多种食用菌菌种的制作。栽培试验证明 ,此类菌种的菌丝生长速度、现蕾时间、生物学效率与常用的棉籽壳菌种相似
【英文摘要】 The compound water preserving granular spawns of edible fungi were developed with a special fermentative technology for microbe combined with the new type of synthesized materials. This kind of spawn could be preserved for as long as 60 days without losing its vitality. And this production technology of edible fungi spawn making was already applied to make spawns for Pleurotus ostreatus, Flammulina velutipes, Ganoderma lucidum, Pleurotus eryngii, Pleurotus nebrodensis, Coprinus comatus and Pleurotus abalonus. The results of the cultivation tests showed that the mycelial growth rate, the primordium initiation time and the biological efficiency of water preserving granular spawn were almost the same as that of the cotton seed hull spawn.
