【中文摘要】 研究了以芒萁 [Dicranopterisdichotoma(Thunb .)Bernh .]、类芦 [Neyraudiareynaudiana(Kunth)Keng]和象草 (PennisetumpurpureumSchumach)等草本植物粉末为主要原料栽培的灵芝子实体多糖肽提取的最佳条件 ,并检测了多糖肽的重金属含量。结果表明 ,提取子实体多糖肽的最佳条件为样水比 1∶15 ,温度 10 0℃ ,时间 3h。草栽灵芝多糖肽得率是段木灵芝的 1~ 3倍
【英文摘要】 The optimal conditions for the extraction of polysaccharide peptides from Ganoderma lucidum fruitbodies cultivated with grasses were studied. The heavy metal contents in the extract were also determined. The results showed that the optimal rate of fruitbody powder to water, the temperaure and time for extracting polysaccharide peptides from Ganoderma lucidum fruitbodies cultivated with grasses such as Dicranopteris dichotoma, Neyraudia reynaudiana and Pennisetum purpureum were 1∶15,100℃ and 3h resp.. The extraction rate of polysaccharide peptides from the fruitbodies cultivated with grasses was 1~3 times to those cultivated with log under the same conditions.
