【中文摘要】 研究表明 ,液体培养条件下 ,茯苓经 0~ 4 8h的适应期 ,4 8~ 14 4h的增殖期后进入稳定期 ,发酵液 pH骤降。经检测 ,发酵液中含有包括十六烷酸和十八烷酸在内的有机酸 ;发酵罐培养 12 0h ,生物量≥ 30g/10 0mL(鲜重 )。茯苓营养浓缩液多糖含量≥ 5 .0mg/mL ,氨基酸含量≥4 80mg/10 0mL。动物实验证明 ,茯苓营养浓缩液具有显著的抗疲劳和提高机体免疫力作用 ,其重金属和微生物指标均符合国家标准。
【英文摘要】 Studies on the submerged culture of Poria cocos showed that followed by 0~48h adaptation period and 48~144h multiplication period, there was the stable growth period with a sudden reduction of pH in the fermentation liquid. The experimental results showed that there were organic acids such as hexadecanoic acid and octadecanoic acid in the fermentation liquid, and that the biomass content was ≥30g/100mL(fresh weight) after 120h fermentation. While the polysaccharide content was ≥5.0mg/100mL and the amino acid content was ≥480mg/100mL in the extracted concentrated nutrient solution of Poria cocos. And the results of the animal tests showed that the effect of concentrated nutrient solution of Poria cocos on the increment of organism immunity and fatigue resistance ability was extremely significant, and the contents of heavy metal and micro organism index accorded with the national standard.
