【中文摘要】 试验结果表明 ,菌丝体粗多糖提取的最佳条件是加水量 1:30 ,沸水浴 2h ,乙醇沉淀浓度 80 %。笔者进一步分析了姬松茸菌丝体与其不同浓度乙醇沉淀多糖的氨基酸组成和含量 ,确定姬松茸菌丝体及其不同浓度乙醇沉淀多糖均为很好的食品来源。
【英文摘要】 The extracting conditions of polysaccharides in Agaricus blazei mycelia were studied in this paper. The orthogonal test results showed that the best conditions for extracting polysaccharides from Agaricus blazei mycelia were as follows: adding water at a ratio of 1:30 for dry mycelia to water, extracting for 2 h at 100℃ and precipitating with 80% ethanol. And the compositions and contents of amino acid in the polysaccharides of Agaricus blazei mycelia precipitated by ethanol with different concentrations were also analyzed. The analyzed results proved that Agaricus blazei mycelia and the polysaccharides precipitated by ethanol with different concentrations were fine sources of food.
