【中文摘要】 研究了不同碳源、氮源、温度、pH对秀珍菇菌丝生长的影响,比较了两种不同的菌种保藏方法对秀珍菇质量和产量的影响。结果表明,以可溶性淀粉为碳源、以酵母粉为氮源的组合,菌丝生长速度最快,生长势最旺盛。菌丝最适生长温度为25℃,最适pH为6.0。菌种液氮保藏效果显著优于冰箱转管保藏。
【英文摘要】 The effect of carbon and nitrogen sources, temperatures and pH on the mycelial growth of Pleurotus geesteranus was studied. And the result of two spawn preserving ways on the quality and yield of Pleaurotus geesteranus fruitbody was also compared. While the experimental results showed that the combination of soluble starch as carbon source and dried yeast powder as nitrogen source leaded to the highest mycelial growth rate and the strongest mycelial growth vigor, and that the optimum temperature and pH were 25℃ and 6.0 resp.. The spawn of P. geesteranus preserved in liquid nitrogen was proved to be more vigorous than that preserved in refrigerator by subculture.
