【中文摘要】 采用均匀设计法优化红汁乳菇液体深层发酵培养基。结果表明,最佳培养基配方是:蔗糖34g L,废糖蜜13mL L,麸皮36g L,玉米粗粉20g L,KH2PO43g L,菌丝体最大生物量达18.087g L。
【英文摘要】 The uniform design was used to optimize the formula of the submerged culture medium for Lactarius hatsudake. The result of experiment showed that the optimum composition of L. hatsudake medium was as follows: sucrose 34g/L,waste sirup 13mL/L, wheat bran 36 g/L,corn meal 20g/L and KH_2PO_4 3g/L,while the optimal mycelial biomass could reach as high as 18.087g/L.
