【中文摘要】 以提取物对羟基自由基抑制率为活性指标,研究了水提取发酵灵芝粉活性成分的条件,确定了最佳提取条件为pH5.5、温度4℃、料液比1∶5。研究表明,灵芝肽是重要的抑制羟基自由基的活性因子,其IC50值为25μg mL。
【英文摘要】 Taking hydroxyl free radical inhibiting rate of the extract as bioactive index, the hydroxyl free radical inhibiting bioactive components in Ganoderma lucidum and their extraction conditions were studied. And the results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were pH5.5, temperature 4℃, ratio of material to water 1∶5,and that the peptide in G.lucidum with an IC50 of 25μg/mL was the important hydroxyl free radical inhibiting bioactive factor in G.lucidum.
