【中文摘要】 试验结果表明,配方1(棉籽壳80%,麦麸18%,糖1%,石膏1%)为最适杏鲍菇培养料配方。该配方培养料的菌丝生长势最强,子实体形态最佳,产量最高,生物学效率达92.9%,与供试其余配方培养料相比,差异显著。
【英文摘要】 The experimental results showed that the optimum formula of Pleurotus eryngii compost was formula 1:cotton seed hull 80%, wheat bran 18%, sugar 1% and gypsum 1%, and that the mycelial growth vigor of the compost with formula 1 was the strongest, the fruitbody yield of the compost with formula 1 was the highest, the biological efficiency was as high as 92.9%, and the fruitbody morphology was the best. Comparing to that of the composts with other formulae, the differences were significant.
