【中文摘要】 以菌丝体生物量为测定指标,筛选出杨树菇液体培养的最适氮源为蚕蛹粉,最适碳源为可溶性淀粉;确定了杨树菇最佳液体培养基配方为:蚕蛹粉4%,可溶性淀粉3%,KH2PO40.1%,MgSO4·7H2O0.3%;适宜装液量32%,起始pH7.0,接种量15%,液体发酵周期7d。
【英文摘要】 Taking the mycelial biomass as detecting index, the optimal carbon source, nitrogen source and their optimum concentrations, the appropriate medium capacity, initial pH and mycelium harvesting time of Agrocybe aegerita in submerged culture with shake flask were studied. And the exprimental results showed that the optimal carbon and nitrogen sources were silkworm chrysalis powder and soluble starch respectively, and that the optimal compositions of liquid medium were silkworm chrysalis powder 4%, soluble starch 3%, KH_2PO_4 0.1% and MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.3%. While initial pH 7.0, medium capacity 32% (80mL/250mL flask), inoculation rate 15% and submerged culture period 7 days were proved to be the optimal submerged culture conditions for Agrocybe aegrita.
