【中文摘要】 通过测定小鼠的肌糖原和肝糖原、采用抗肿瘤药物体外筛选试验、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬试验,分别研究了灵芝水溶性小分子化合物(WSLMFGL,M<10000Da)的抗疲劳、抗肿瘤和免疫调节活性。结果显示,当灵芝水溶性小分子化合物的灌胃剂量超过400mg/kg·d(12d)时,可显著提高小鼠的肌糖原和肝糖原贮备量,并呈剂量 效应关系;灵芝水溶性小分子化合物对小鼠Sarco ma 180型肿瘤细胞的抑制率达80%;灵芝水溶性小分子化合物的灌胃剂量与小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬能力的增强及免疫器官的增重存在剂量 效应关系。灵芝水溶性小分子化合物具有抗疲劳、抗肿瘤和免疫调节活性。
【英文摘要】 By means of determining the mouse hepatin in muscle and liver, the in-vitro test of anti-tumor medicine and the phagocytosis test of mouse macrophage, the anti-fatigue, anti-tumor and immunomodulating effects of water-soluble lower molecular fraction of Ganoderma lucidum (WSLMFGL) were studied respectively. The experimental results showed that WSLMFGL(Do.≥400mg/kg·d×12d) could significantly increase the reservoir of mouse hepatin in muscle and liver in a dose-dependant manner, that WSLMFGL's inhibition ratio to mouse Sarcoma-180 tumor cells was as high as 80%, and that WSLMFGL could increase the phagocytosis ability of the mice and the weight of mouse immune organs in a dose-dependant manner. So WSLMFGL was considered to have the bioactivities of anti-fatigue, anti-tumor and immunomodulation.
