【中文摘要】 尖顶羊肚菌液体静止培养的优化培养基为:蔗糖4%,胰蛋白胨0.4%,酵母粉0.15%,天门冬酰胺0.08%,MgSO4·7H2O0.5g/L,KH2PO41.45g/L,Na2HPO4·2H2O0.48g/L,VB125mg/L,CaCl20.013g/L,微量元素溶液1.0mL/L。培养基初始pH7.0,装量50mL/250mL,接种量2%,培养温度26℃。培养10d菌丝体生物量可达12.64g/L。
【英文摘要】 The experimental results showed that the optimized medium for static submerge-cultured (Morchella conica was) composed of sucrose 4%, tryptone 0.4%, yeast extract powder 0.15%, L-asparagine (0.08%, )MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.5g/L,KH_2PO_4 1.45g/L,Na_2HPO_4·2H_2O 0.48g/L,VB_1 25mg/L,CaCl_2 0.013g/L, and element solution 1.0mL/L. And the optimal initial pH, medium capacity, inoculation rate and culture temperature were 7.0, 50mL/250mL, 2% and 26℃ respectively. And the mycelial biomass of Morchellaconica can reach as high as 12.64g/L after inoculation 10 days.
