【中文摘要】 对峙培养试验结果表明 ,长根金钱菌对玉米小斑病菌菌丝生长有很强的拮抗作用。L16 (4 5)正交试验结果表明 ,以玉米粉 4 % ,蔗糖 3% ,黄豆粉 0 .5 % ,蛋白胨 0 .2 %为培养基 ,初始pH6时 ,液体培养长根金钱菌发酵液对玉米小斑病菌菌丝生长的抑制作用最强 ,抑制率与长根金钱菌的生物量呈显著正相关。发酵液中的粗蛋白对玉米小斑病菌菌丝生长有极显著的抑制作用 ,但粗多糖对玉米小斑病菌菌丝生长没有抑制作用
【英文摘要】 The significant antagonism of Oudemansiella radicata to Bipolaris maydis was found in the antagnistic test. And the results of L16(45)orthogonal test of O. radicata in submerged culture proved that the broth had the strongest antagonism to the mycelial growth of B. maydis, when the submerged-culture medium was composed of corn meal 4%, sucrose 3%, soybean meal 0.5% and peptone 0.2% with the initial pH being 6.0. Furthermore, there was a significant positive correlation between the mycelial biomass of O. radiacate and the inhibition rate of broth to the mycelial growth of B. maydis, and the crude protein in the broth significantly inhibited the mycelial growth of B. maydis, but the crude polysaccharide did not have such inhibition effect.
