【中文摘要】 将6个鸡腿蘑菌株分别接种在新料和含30%金针菇菌渣的原种培养基上,比较菌丝生长速度及生长势。结果表明,在含菌渣培养基上所有菌株的菌丝生长速度均更快;且在新料上菌丝长速愈慢的菌株,在含菌渣培养基上生长速率的增加愈明显。出菇试验表明,不同菌株在新料和含菌渣培养料上的产量表现不同,这表明,不同菌株对菌渣的利用能力存在差异。6个菌株中,5号菌株在新料和含菌渣培养料上的产量均最高。
【英文摘要】 Six Coprinus comatus strains were inoculated on new stock spawn medium and a stock spawn medium containing 30% Flammulina velutipes spent culture medium respectively. Their mycelium growth rate and mycelium growth vigor were compared. The results indicated that the mycelia of all strains grew faster on the medium containing 30% spent culture medium, and that the slower the growth rate of the strains was on the new medium, the more evident the growth rate increment of the strains was on the medium containing 30% spent culture medium. While the results of the cultivation experiment showed that the yield of different strains was not consistent on two kinds of media, which may explain that the utilizing ability of different strains to spent culture medium was different. The yield of the strain No. 5 was the highest among six strains tested on two different kinds of media.
