【中文摘要】 初步探讨了金针菇子实体多糖成分的分离与纯化。采用热水抽提、三氯乙酸法脱蛋白、乙醇沉淀获得金针菇子实体粗多糖,然后经DEAE Cellulose阴离子交换柱(B2O74-型)进行分离纯化。结果表明,金针菇粗多糖是一个以葡聚糖为主、由数个多糖组分构成的混合多糖。
【英文摘要】 <Abstrcat> Primary isolation and purification of polysaccharide compositions of Flammulina velutipes was studied. Flammulina velutipes crude polysaccharide was extracted by hot water, deprived of proteins using trichloroacetic acid method and precipitated by ethanol, then the crude polysaccharide was isolated and purificated into three fractions——FVCP-A, FVCP-B and FVCP-C by DEAE-Cellulose column chromatography (B_2O_74-). The result of monosacharide composition analysis suggested that F. velutipes crude polysaccharides should be the mixed polysaccharides mainly containing glucan and other components.
