【中文摘要】 研究了不同碳源、氮源、碳氮比、无机盐及其浓度对白灵侧耳菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,白灵侧耳菌丝生长的最适碳源是葡萄糖;最适氮源是蛋白胨;最适碳氮比为20∶1;促进菌丝生长的最适KH2PO4、MgSO4浓度分别为0.3%、0.1%;最适NaCl、KCl、CaSO4.2H2O浓度均为0.5%;CaSO4.2H2O对菌丝生长的促进作用最大;H3BO3对菌丝生长的影响最小;ZnSO4.7H2O对白灵侧耳菌丝生长有明显的抑制作用。
【英文摘要】 Effects of different carbon and nitrogen sources,C/N ratio,inorganic salts on the mycelium growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis were studied.The results showed that the optimum carbon source,nitrogen source were glucose and peptone.The optimum ratio of C/N was 20:1.The optimum concentrations of KH_2PO_4,MgSO_4,NaCl,KCl,CaSO_4·2H_2O were 0.3%,0.1%,0.5%,0.5% and 0.5% respectively.Among the inorganic salts tested,CaSO_4·2H_2O was the best on the mycelium growth;and the H_3BO_3 was the least.ZnSO_4·7H_2O obviously inhibited the mycelium growth of P.nebrodensis.
