【中文摘要】 采用原子吸收分光光度法、氨基酸分析等方法对小美牛肝菌(Boletus speciosus)子实体的多糖、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、氨基酸和矿质元素等主要成分及含量进行了测定。结果表明,在测定的18种氨基酸中,8种必须氨基酸含量占氨基酸总量的39.36%;多糖、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、灰分和粗纤维含量分别是6.41%、29.78%、3.36%、5.04%和7.89%。
【英文摘要】 The compositions and contents of nutrition such as polysaccharide,crude protein,crude fat,amino acids and mineral elements in the fruitbodies of Boletus speciosus were determined using atomic absorption spectrometry and amino acids analysis,etc.The experiment results showed that the content of 8 kinds of essential amino acids in 18 kinds of amino acids was 39.36%,and that the content of polysaccharide,crude protein,crude fat,ash and crude fiber in the fruitbodies were 6.41%,29.78%,3.36%,5.04% and 7.89% respectively.
