【中文摘要】 采用平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)菌糠不同比例替代木屑栽培茶薪菇(Agrocybe aegerita)和黑木耳(Auricularia auricula),以常规培养料(木屑85%,麸皮12.5%,石膏1.5%,蔗糖1%)为对照,探讨平菇菌糠部分替代木屑栽培两种食用菌的可行性。结果表明,平菇菌糠代替部分木屑栽培茶薪菇和黑木耳是可行的;且在供试替代比范围内,两种食用菌产量随替代比的增加而增加;供试配方中,配方D(木屑40%,菌糠45%,麸皮12.5%,石膏1.5%,蔗糖1%)栽培的茶薪菇和黑木耳产量均最高,筛选为适宜配方。
【英文摘要】 Agrocybe aegerita and Auricularia auricula were cultivated on a series of growth substrates in which the sawdust component(constituting 85% of the basal formula) was replaced to different extents with spent Pleurotus ostreatus substrate.Highest fruit body yields(76.5 g per bag for A.aegerita and 43.2 g per bag for A.auricula) were obtained using a substrate containing 40% sawdust,45% spent P.ostreatus substrate,12.5% wheat bran,1.5 % gypsum and 1% sucrose.
