【中文摘要】 通过对选育出的赤芝(Ganoderma lucidum)品种—"仙芝1号"采用拮抗试验、分子生物学实验进行遗传分析,结果表明"仙芝1号"同"仙源5号"及韩芝有明显拮抗效应,其ERIC-PCR扩增图谱与其它品种差异明显,因此选育出的"仙芝1号"是不同于其他灵芝品种的赤芝新品种。
【英文摘要】 Antagonism tests and PCR amplification methodology were used to identify a strain of Ganoderma lucidum designated Xianzhi 1.The original parental strain was isolated from a fruit body collected from the wild and was subjected to subsequent long-term selection procedures.Xianzhi 1 exhibited an antagonistic reaction with a selected intermediate parent strain,Xianyuan 5,and several other G.lucidum cultivars.PCR amplification revealed a band that was specific for G.lucidum,and ERIC-PCR generated an amplification pattern that distinguished Xianzhi 1 from ten other G.lucidum cultivars indicating that it was a new strain.
