【中文摘要】 采用体外肿瘤细胞株(小鼠白血病细胞株L1210、人乳腺癌细胞株MCF-7和人肠腺癌细胞株SW620)的增殖抑制试验模型和抗病毒(流感甲型病毒和疱疹病毒)的筛选模型,对3个金耳(Tremella aurantialba)菌株菌丝体醇提物活性进行比较研究。抗肿瘤试验结果表明,3种提取物材料在高浓度(200μg/mL)时,对3个供试肿瘤细胞株的细胞增殖均有明显的抑制作用,其中以YK的抑制活性最高(对L1210、SW620和MCF-7的抑制率分别为89.4%,75.0%和64.1%);在中浓度(50μg/mL)时,均表现出一定的抑制作用;而在低浓度(10μg/mL)时,则均无明显的抑制作用。抗流感甲型病毒和抗疱疹病毒试验结果表明,只有YK对流感甲型病毒表现有抗病毒活性,但此活性较弱。
【英文摘要】 Ethanolic extracts of mycelia from three strains of Tremella aurantialba were tested for in vitro tumor cell inhibitory effects using murine leukemia(L1210),human intestinal adenocarcinoma(SW620) and human breast cancer(MCF-7) cell lines,and for antiviral activity using A-FLU,HSV-Ⅰand HSV-Ⅱviral models.Significant inhibition of tumor cell proliferation by extracts of all three mycelial samples was observed at 200 μg/mL concentration.Highest levels of L1210,SW620 and MCF-7 cell inhibition,observed with extracts of strain YK,were 89.4%,75.0% and 64.1%,respectively.Lower inhibitory effects were recorded at 50 μg/mL concentrations,and only weak inhibition was observed when cell lines were treated with extract concentrations of 10 μg/mL.Antiviral activity,in the form of weak effects against A-FLU virus,was observed only in the case of ethanolic extracts of strain YK mycelium.
