【摘要】 采用随机区组试验,研究了不同梯度的谷壳代替部分甘蔗渣、木屑等对金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)生长发育和产量的影响。结果表明:不同配方培养料对金针菇的菌丝生长速度和生长势、生育期、子实体商品性状、产量及生物学效率等均有较大的影响。其中以占配方总量15%的谷壳代替常规配方中50%的甘蔗渣效果最佳,能显著提高金针菇产量,改善金针菇品质。
【Abstract】 Bagasse and sawdust components of substrates commonly adopted for cultivating Flammulina velutipes were substituted to different extents with rice chaff,and the effects of the different formulae on mycelial growth rate,growth vigor,fruit body characteristics,growth yields and Biological Efficiency were evaluated using randomized block experiments. Significant increases in fruit body yields and quality were recorded when rice chaff was used to replace half of the bagasse component (30% of the total) in the basic substrate formula.
