【摘要】 根据草菇(Volvariella volvacea)S-腺苷-L-高半胱氨酸水解酶基因(SAHH)全长cDNA序列设计引物,以草菇基因组DNA为模板,PCR扩增获得草菇SAHH基因的全长序列,序列分析结果表明,草菇SAHH长度为1868bp,编码430个氨基酸残基,基因由12个外显子和11个内含子组成,将草菇SAHH基因推断的氨基酸序列与其它物种的SAHH基因氨基酸序列进行比较发现,SAHH基因保守性较高。
【Abstract】 The genomic sequence of a S-adenosyl-L-homocysteine hydrolase gene (SAHH) from Volvariella volvacea was amplified using specific primers designed according to the full-length SAHH cDNA. SAHH consists of 1 868 bp encoding 430 amino acids,and contains 12 exons and 11 introns. A phylogenetic tree constructed on the basis of the amino acid sequences of SAHH genes in V. volvacea and other reference species revealed a high degree of conservation.
