【摘要】 采用Roche 454 GS FLX测序技术和Solexa测序技术相结合,进行了草菇(Volvariella volvacea)全基因组的测序,最终获得了长度为35.67Mb的草菇全基因组序列。通过生物信息学预测,获得了11097个蛋白编码基因,其中5516个基因有明确的功能注释信息。这是在国际上首次报道的草菇基因组框架图。
【Abstract】 The two next-generation high-throughput approaches of Roche 454 GS FLX and Illumina Solexa have been used to sequence the genome of Volvariella volvacea. The genome is 35.67 Mb in size and encodes 11 097 proteins based on the bioinformatics prediction. Among the total predicted genes,5 516 genes have been assigned either a definitive or tentative function. This represents the first report of a draft V. volvacea genomic sequence.
