【摘要】 对来自不同地区的8个杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngii)菌株进行工厂化栽培实验,从栽培周期、子实体性状、产量和生物学效率等几个方面筛选适宜山西地区工厂化栽培的优良菌株,结果表明6号菌株最优。通过菌丝拮抗试验对8个菌株的亲缘关系进行评价,表明3、6号菌株与其它菌株亲缘关系较远。
【Abstract】 Eight Pleurotus eryngii strains from different parts of China were compared in terms of cultivation time,fruit body characteristics,yield and Biological Efficiency.One strain(No.6) was selected as best suited for industrial cultivation in Shanxi Province.Mycelial antagonism tests indicated that two strains(strains Nos.3 and 6) were only distantly related genetically to the other strains.
