【摘要】 通过稻草和谷壳等不同培养料栽培大球盖菇试验,结果显示,利用培养料(稻草50%+谷壳50%)栽培的大球盖菇,生物学效率极显著高于纯稻草或者纯谷壳的栽培料,同时菌丝生长快、出菇早。说明在稻草中加了谷壳的培养料比纯稻草疏松,这样既有利于提供大球盖菇生长所需的氧气,又保持了稻草的营养供给。这样使废弃物(稻草和谷壳)得以资源化利用,实现经济与生态的可持续发展,同时也为食用菌生产开辟了新的原料来源,缓解食用菌生产发展存在的"菌林"矛盾。
【Abstract】 Stropharia rugosoannulata was cultured on different rice straw and rice hull substrates.Results indicated that the biological efficiency of mixing group(50% rice straw + 50% rice hull) was significant higher than pure rice straw group and rice hull group,as well as faster growing rate of mycelium and earlier sowing.This revealed that the culture substrate of rice hull was looser than that with pure rice straw,so it not only benefited the oxygen breathe during the mushroom growing but also kept the nutrient supply from rice straw.By using this waste,resource can be used and sustainable development of economy and ecological can be realized,as well as the new material for edible fungi industry were explored.The contradiction of mushroom and forest industry development were relieved.
