【摘要】 以双孢蘑菇为研究对象,待菌丝长出后用浓度分别为1%、2%、3%的蔗糖基聚合物水溶液喷施菌株,对照组喷施清水,蘑菇长成后用火焰原子吸收分光光度法分析蘑菇中矿物质的含量。结果发现,蘑菇经蔗糖基聚合物处理后,钙、镁、铁、锰的含量都明显高于对照,且随着蔗糖基聚合物浓度的增加,钙、镁、铁、锰的含量也随之递增,但蔗糖基聚合物处理对蘑菇中锌和铜的含量几乎没有影响。
【Abstract】 Taking Agaricus bisporus as the research object, bacterial strain were spraied with different concentration of sucrose-based polymer after hyphae grown, and control group were spraied with water. The contents of mineral substances in Agaricus bisporus were determined by means of AAS after Agaricus bisporus were grown up. The results showed that the contents of Ca, Mg, Fe and Mn were significantly higher than control group after Agaricus bisporus were treated with sucrose-based polymer, and their contents increased with the increase of the concentration of sucrose-based polymer. But the influence of sucrose-based polymer on the contents of Zn and Cu were not obvious.
