【摘要】 以不切根处理香菇为对照,研究切根处理香菇在商品性、采后呼吸、感官指标、蛋白含量和细胞膜透性方面与对照的差异,从理论上说明香菇采后应进行切根处理以提高其贮藏品质和商品性,同时结合实践从经济效益方面说明切根处理的可行性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,control of postharvest non-root-pruning treatment of Lentinula edodes,effects of root-pruning treatment on marketable quality,postharvest respiratory,sensory properties,protein contents and membrane permeability of Lentinula edo-des were investigated.From the theoretical explanation,postharvest Lentinula edodes should be cut roots to improve their storage characteristics and marketable quality.Combined with practical instructions,the feasibility of root-pruning were illustrated fro...
