【摘要】 研究了桦树桑黄液体发酵培养基中不同营养成分对桦树桑黄菌丝生长的影响。采用L9(34)正交设计法对桦树桑黄发酵培养基进行了优化,初步筛选出了桦树桑黄液体发酵的培养基。结果表明,优化培养基为玉米粉1%、麦麸1%、葡萄糖2%、蛋白胨0.5%、酵母膏0.5%、磷酸二氢钾0.1%、硫酸镁0.05%、维生素B1 1 mg.100-1.mL-1.
【Abstract】 The effects of cultural compounds on the growth of Phellinus igniarius growing on silver birch tree were investigated.The optimum submerged fermentation parameters for Phellinus igniarius growing on silver birch tree were studied by orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimal cuiture medium were corn 1%,bran 1%,glucose 2%,peptone 0.5%,yeast extract 0.5%,KH2PO4 0.1%,MgSO4 0.05% and VB1 1 mg.100-1·mL-1.
