【Abstract】 Take the Tianshan2 as the material,the effects of some different freshness-keeping of Pleurotus nebrodensis under low temperature were studied.The results showed that the better effect was occurred while the Pleurotus nebrodensis packaged with 3 cm×4 cm silicon gum film window of PE or packaged with 3 cm×4 cm silicon gum film window of PE after treated with O3 for 5 min. 更多还原
