【摘要】 通过对引进的9个双孢蘑菇菌株和当地主栽品种As2796的菌丝生长特性、生育期、子实体形状、产量和生物学效率等的比较,结果表明,双孢蘑菇菌株双13、991和Ag23综合性状表现较好,出菇早,商品性好,生物学效率高,分别达到52.5%、51.8%和48.6%,较对照As2796增产10.0%、8.4%、1.7%。初步认为3个菌株适合在高海拔地区夏季生产中应用。 更多还原
【Abstract】 In order to select high quality strain,mycelial growth characteristics,growing period,fruit body morphology,yield and biological efficiency of nine Agaricus bisporus strains and local cultivars As2796 were compared.The results showed that the strain of double 13,991 and Ag23 had better comprehensive character,their biological efficiency can be up to 52.5%,51.8%,48.6% respectively and the yield increase by 10.0%,8.4%,1.7%.It is inferred that the three strains were suited for cultivation in high a... 更多还原
