【摘要】 采用拌料处理的方法探讨不同浓度的灭蝇胺和除虫脲在常压和高压灭菌后对秀珍菇(Pleurotus geesteranus)古田山多菌蚊(Docosia gutiuushana)的防治效果。出菇实验结果表明:试验范围内,灭蝇胺最低浓度62.5 mg/L在常压灭菌、高压灭菌后防治效果分别为75%、50%;除虫脲最低浓度15 mg/L在常压灭菌、高压灭菌后防治效果分别为74%、80%;除虫脲的防治效果好于灭蝇胺,两者残留量均符合美国、日本最低残留限量标准。
【Abstract】 Different concentrations of cyromazin and diflubenzuron,pesticides that are registered for use in mushroom cultivation in the United States and Japan,were added separately to compost prior to exposure to either 100 ℃ for 10 h or 121 ℃ for 3 h to evaluate the field efficacy in controlling Docosia gutiuushana.Treatment with cyromazine at the minimal test concentration of 62.5 mg/L inhibited the incidence of D.gutiuushana by 75% and 50% after subsequent exposure of the compost to 100 ℃ for 10 h or ...
