【摘要】 从野生的绣球菌(Sparassis crispa)子实体中分离纯化绣球菌菌株,通过平板试验、液体发酵试验筛选绣球菌菌丝生长的最佳固体和液体培养基,并用预处理过的松木屑等为材料栽培绣球菌,结果表明:最佳培养基分别为M6(啤酒酵母1.0%、蜂蜜粉0.3%、蛋白胨0.1%、大豆粉0.1%、KH2PO40.1%、琼脂2%p、H 4.5)、L4(M6去掉琼脂);菌丝在2325℃条件下培养,约2个月显蕾,菇蕾在1215℃培养,约4个月得到成熟的子实体,生物转化率约57%。
【Abstract】 A strain of Sparassis crispa was isolated and purified from a fruit body collected in the wild.Fungal mycelium grew optimally on a solid medium(M6) consisting of(w/w) brewers yeast 1.0%、honey powder 0.3%、peptone 0.1%、soybean meal 0.1%、KH2PO4 0.1%、agar 2%、pH 4.5,and on L4 liquid medium(M6 medium without added agar).When cultivated on pretreated sawdust,the strain grew optimally at 2325 ℃ and formed buds.After cultivation at 1215 ℃ for a further four months,mature fruit bodie...
