【摘要】 采用紫外诱变方法对蝙蝠蛾拟青霉原生质体进行选育,经过粗筛和精筛后,选出一株菌丝体得率和腺苷含量明显高于原始菌株的诱变株BS-2#;经过10代PDA斜面继代培养、摇瓶试验和连续3次1 t罐的中试试验,结果表明BS-2#诱变株发酵性状稳定。
【Abstract】 UV-induced mutagenesis of Paecilomyces hepiali protoplasts yielded a mutant strain(BS-2#) with a significantly increased capacity for mycelial biomass and adenosine production compared with the parental strain.These properties were stable over ten successive sub-cultures of the mutant strain on liquid medium,and successive pilot plant tests on a one-ton scale.
