【摘要】 研究蛹虫草白化菌株AB6的子实体水提液和50%乙醇提取液的体外抗氧化活性,结果表明,AB6子实体水提液和50%醇提液对有机自由基DPPH.的清除作用及对亚油酸自氧化的抑制作用都强于出发菌株B6。AB6的水提液对羟自由基.OH具有很强的清除能力,但其醇提液的清除作用低于B6。
【Abstract】 The antioxidant activities of 100% aqueous and 50% aqueous ethanolic extracts of fruit bodies of Cordyceps militaris,strain B6,and a derived albino strain,AB6,were evaluated in vitro.Both the AB6 extracts were more effective at scavenging DPPH· than the corresponding B6 extracts.However,although aqueous extracts of AB6 were more effective than the corresponding B6 extracts in scavenging ·OH,the reverse was true in the case of the aqueous ethanolic extracts.
