【中文摘要】 本文以Cr02 , 7402, 45, 087 , 465, 856 为亲本进行单孢分离和杂交实验, 通过镜检、拮抗实验、EST同工酶分析和栽培出菇实验, 选育出香菇优良新品种HL6 。并通过比较亲本和杂交新组合EST同工酶谱的差异性, 来预测香菇杂交后代的杂种优势。
【英文摘要】 In the paper,six Lentinus edodes strains which are Cr02,7402,45,087,465,856 are used to crossbreed each other by single spore seperated crossbreeding method.By means of microscope inspection,antagonism experiment,esterase isozymes analysis and the mushroom forming experiment,We have selected Lentinus edodes HL 6 variety development,and forecast crossbreeding heterosis of Lentinus edodes by compare the difference of esterase isozymes between parental lines and new hybrid strains.
