【中文摘要】 对松口蘑 (Tricholomamatsutake)Tm - 3出发菌株进行紫外诱变处理 ,将菌丝体生长快且茂盛的诱变菌株进行初筛和复筛 ,比较菌丝体生长量和胞内多糖产量 ,筛选出诱变株Tm - 3- 2 1为胞内多糖发酵的优质菌株 ,其胞内多糖产量达 0 6 7mg/mL ,得率是 9 4 1% ,比出发菌株提高 1 19倍
【英文摘要】 The strain of Tricholoma matsutake Tm-3 was treated with uv-irradiation,then the strains which grew rapidly and abundantly were screened.After analysese of their mycelial growth speeds,mycelial weight and intracellular polysaccharides,the strain Tm-3-21,which intracellular polysaccharides production was 0.67mg/mL and production ratio was 9.41 percent,was selected.Compared with the strain Tm-3,its polysaccharide increased by 119 percent.
