【中文摘要】 灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)菌丝体通过生物转化作用富集无机硒,分别经水、碱水浸提,醇析,去蛋白,脱色后,得到灵芝硒多糖粗提物。再经DEAE-Cellu-lose柱层析分离纯化后,收集得到的各组分在高效液相色谱上进行进一步纯化,从而得到了10个不同的硒多糖组分。以K562细胞进行的抗癌试验结果显示,SeGLP-2B-1,SeGLP-2B-2和SeGLP-2B-3三种纯化硒多糖均有抗癌活性,其中SeGLP-2B-1对K562细胞的抑制率最高,达61.58%。
【英文摘要】 The organic selenium in mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum was enriched by biotransformation.After being extracted in hot water and hot basic water,the extraction were precipitated in ethanol.A series of rough polysaccharide containing selenium can be obtained by removing of protein in and de-coloration.Then the rough extraction passes through the DEAE-cellulose 52,Sephadex G100 and HPLC,10 SeGLPs were obtained.The results of anticancer test in vitro showed that SeGLP-2B-1,SeGLP-2B-2 and SeGLP-2B-3 can inhibit the growth of K562 cells,and the inhibition rate of SeGLP-2B-1,about 61.58%,was highest in all samples.
