【中文摘要】 采用邻苯三酚自氧化法、Fenton反应体系法、DPPH体系法,以抗坏血酸为阳性对照,对亮菌多糖-1b(ATPS-1b)清除超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)、羟自由基(·OH)和二苯代苦味肼基自由基(DPPH·)的效果进行了测定。结果表明ATPS-1b对O2-·、·OH和DPPH·3种自由基均具有很强的清除作用,且存在良好的量效关系,随着ATPS-1b浓度的增大,其清除效果增强;清除O2-·、·OH、DPPH·3种自由基的EC50值分别为0.69mg·mL-1、8.73mg·mL-1、2.01mg·mL-1;对3种自由基的最大清除率分别为86.17%、76.4%、78.52%;ATPS-1b具有显著的体外抗氧化活性。
【英文摘要】 The effects of polysaccharide-1b from Armillariella tabescens(ATPS-1b) to remove superoxide anion free radical,hydroxyl free radical and DPPH· free radical were determined by the methods of the auto-oxidation of pyrogallol system,Fenton reaction system and DPPH· system. The results showed that ATPS-1b had strong scavenging capacity to O2-·,·OH and DPPH·. Furthermore,scavenging capacity and anthocyanins concentration showed a position of dose-response relationship. The three free radicals had strong scavenging results with the increasing of concenteation. The EC50 of scavenging free radicals were 0.69 mg·mL-1,8.73 mg·mL-1,2.01 mg·mL-1respectively and maximum scavenging rates were 86.17%,76.4%,78.52%. ATPS-1b had significant antioxidant activity in vitro experiments.
