【中文摘要】 本文报道了人工紫外线诱变获得的黑木耳(Auricularia auricula)白色变型菌株,命名为雪白木耳[Auricularia auricula(Hook,)Underw.F.nivalis F.W.Niu et G.L.Yin F.nov],经多次继代和转代培养,白色性状稳定。出耳好,子实体色泽雪白,朵大,产量高,是具有开发利用前景的新菌株。
【英文摘要】 A white variant of A. auricula named as Auricularia auricula (Hook.) Underw. F. nivalis F. W. Niu et G. L. Yin F. nov., obtained through U.V. mutagenesis was reported in this paper. The white character was stable through successively transfering cultures. The white variant, which was a new strain with high fruiting rate, large and snow white fruitbodies, had a very promising exploiting prospect.
