【中文摘要】 将长根菇的细胞核与鸡菌的原生质体在高钙、高 pH条件下融合 ,得到的单核、无锁状联合的菌株ZHCJ1、ZHCJ2经融合核分裂技术处理后 ,分别得到一系列双核、有锁状联合的菌株ZHCJ11、ZHCJ12、ZHCJ13和ZHCJ2 1、ZHCJ2 2、ZHCJ2 3。聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳结果表明 ,单核菌株间及其衍生的双核菌株在酶谱上存在明显的差异 ,它们的酶带已明显不同于亲本菌株。
【英文摘要】 Monokaryon strains ZHCJ1 and ZHCJ2,without clamp connection, were obtained from the nucleus of Oudemansiella radicata and protoplasts of Termitomyces albuminosus fused under high calcium concentration and high pH conditions; and dikaryon strains ZHCJ11, ZHCJ12, ZHCJ13 and ZHCJ21,ZHCJ22,ZHCJ23, with clamp connection, were derived from monokaryon strains by dikaryolization. It was showed in PAGE-electrophoresis result that the esterase isozyme zymogram of monokaryon strains was obviously different from that of dikaryon strains derived from them, and it was also different from that of their parent strains.
