【中文摘要】 本文对金针菇的富碘能力作了初步研究。金针菇液体培养菌丝体和栽培子实体均有较好的富碘性能。在添加I ̄-浓度50~1500mg/L范围内,菌丝体富碘量为0.36~20.9mg/g,碘富集率为1.89~10.97%。喷洒施碘培养金针菇子实体的富碘效果较拌科施碘好。在50~1000mg/kg喷施I ̄-范围内,子实体富碘量为0.094~0.33mg/g,碘富集率为2.1~20.2%。碘对金针菇菌丝体和子实体的生长、生物量的合成有一定的抑制作用。
【英文摘要】 This paper carried out the preliminany study on the iodine ion accumulation of Flammulinavelutipes.The result of mycelia cultured in liquid medium and the culture of fruit bodies showed that Flam-mulina velutipes 'ability to accumulation iodine ion is better.Adding inorganic iodine ion in liquid mediumfrom 50 to l500mg/L,Flammulina velutipes absorbed inorganic iodine ion and transform it ihto its myceliafrom 0.36 to 20. 9mg/g,Accumulative rate of iodine is l.89~10.97%.Iodine ion accumulative effect ofspraying iodine ion upon fruit bodies,primordium is better than mixing it into culture medium's.Spraying io-dine ion from 50 to l000mg/kg.the fruit bodies accumulated iodine from 0. 094 to 0.33mg/g,accumulativerate of iodine was 2.1~20.2%.Iodine ion was harmful to the growth and yield of Flammulina velutipes.
