【中文摘要】 探讨桦褐孔菌提取物对实验性糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢和氧化应激水平的影响及作用机制。结果表明,桦褐孔菌提取物对STZ诱导的糖尿病大鼠具有降血糖、调脂、抗氧化应激、清除自由基以及改善受损肝功能的作用,其作用机制可能与多糖的降血糖作用和单宁酸的抗氧化清除自由基作用有关。
【英文摘要】 To explore the effects and mechanism of extracts from Inonotus obliquus on glucolipid metabolism and oxidative stress in streptozocin(STZ)-induced diabetic rats,extracts from Inonotus obliquus had effects of decreasing blood glucose,regulating blood fat, antioxidation cleaning free radical and improving the function of impaived liver on STZ-induced diabetic rats. These might be related with their polycose components decreasing blood glucose and tannin resisting oxidative stress or clear free radecle.
