【中文摘要】 主要研究了8个樟芝菌株的纤维素酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性的变化并进行了分析,试验结果表明,纤维素酶活性先上升后下降,产酶最高的324菌株最高产酶量能达到0.055U。超氧化物歧化酶活性一直呈上升趋势,最高产酶量在1.0U~1.4U,其中324菌株产酶量较高。8个菌株的pH一直呈下降趋势。菌株324产酶量较高,可以对其进行进一步研究。
【英文摘要】 The cellulose activity and superoxide dismutase activity of eight Taiwanofungus formosanus strains were studied.The results indicated that the cellulose activity rose at beginning,then droped.The cellulose produced by strain 324 was larghest with the yield of 0.055 U.The superoxide dismutase activity was always going up,and the larghest yield was 1.0 U~1.4 U.The pH of different Taiwanofungus formosanus strains always decrease.The enzyme activity of the 324 strain was higher,which could be studied further.
