【中文摘要】 本文对十余种食用菌过氧化物歧化酶的活性进行了测定,发现红灵芝中该酶的比活性最高;同时对其同功酶组成进行了电泳分析,电泳图谱表明同功酶组分在各品种之间差异显著.
【英文摘要】 The SOD activities of over ten strains of edible fungi were determined. It was found that the specific activity of SOD was highest in red Ganoderma lucidum. Its isoenzyme components were also analysed by electrophoresis and the differences were obvious amorg the strains.
